Dr Chris French continues his history of Fulwell, bringing the story up to date.
Starting with the impact of WW2 on the area, the book then focuses on the
extent to which Fulwell has experienced continuity and change over the last 80
years looking at gentrification and the sense of community. The history is
brought to life by the extensive use of oral history.
The book has 142 pages and 75 illustrations including generous use of the
Borough Plans from the Local Studies Collection.
